Hi.
I have played tennis once a week for 3 years and I am older than 45,
I am living in Canada so the lesson fee is too high, for example , $75 / 40min(1:1 private lesson). even though the trainer is not a pro player.
So I gave up the lesson, and I got a self learning program such as video or internet...
The result is not bad , I can enjoy tennis with any one right now.
But I recommend my son to get a lesson from the trainer, because of the good form.
I think the most important thing as a beginner is a form, good form can make good play, bad form makes bad injury(like me).
I envy you guys in Korea, You can have a lesson from the professionals very easily, we are on the waiting list for a month and we have to wait another months, because there are a few indoor courts in the town and they are already full.
Sorry about my language( I can't type Korean without Korean keyboard),
And Happy new year!!
