페레로의 팬들께서 그렇게 기다리던 Experimental이 드디어 시중에 풀리려나 봅니다.

프린스에서 새로운 라켓이 나오는 군요.
지금까지는 Experimental 1,2 라고 예명을 사용하는데 Tour Diablo and Tour NXGraphite라고 불려질 예정인가 봅니다.  제 생각에는 그라파이트 클래식이후에 프린스에선 진정한(?) 의미에서의 투어급 라켓은 안 나왔다고 생각하는데.. 이번에 출시되는 라켓은 전형적인 클래식한 투어급 라켓 같군요^^;;; 스펙이 정말 화려하네요.

라켓병이라 치부될 지 모르겠으나... 테니스를 좋아하는 동호인의 입장에선 또 하나의 좋은 라켓이 나오는다는 사실에 설레이지 않을수가 없군요 ^_____^

2004년이 기다려 지는군요.

Prince Releases Its Experiment To The Tennis World

BORDENTOWN, NJ ?The intrigue has been building since the U.S. Open. When would the Prince black racquets be available? What would they be named? How do I get my hands on one? PrinceTennis.com has slowly been revealing information surrounding the racquet뭩 specs, building excitement and consumer interest. Prince today announced the 멐xperimental?racquets will be named the Tour Diablo and the Tour NXGraphite and will be available for the public to demo in early November at select specialist tennis retailers. The racquets were originally created for Prince touring pros to use in the 2003 U.S. Open. Painted all black and marked 멐xperimental? the racquets proved a resounding success as Prince players Juan Carlos Ferrero, Jennifer Capriati and Guillermo Coria used the 멐xperimental?racquets to reach deep into tournament play, with Ferrero reaching the finals.

밢ur goal is to provide tennis players with the latest in racquet technologies and designs to improve their play and make tennis fun,?said Alistair Thorburn, President of Prince. 밯e were surprised by the reaction when we introduced these racquets to the public and we뭨e thrilled with the growing demand for our 멐xperimental?Tour Diablo and Tour NXGraphite racquets. We know that tennis players of all levels will immediately feel the difference playing with these models.?

Prince will be launching an in-store retail promotion in conjunction with the demo availability of the 멐xperimental?racquets, beginning early November 2003. Consumers that demo either racquet will be able to enter to win the chance for one lucky tennis player and a guest to spend a week receiving top-level training at the Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

Prince will also be launching a targeted on-line advertising campaign aimed at promoting the 멐xperimental?racquets. The banner ads will appear on GoTennis.com, JuniorTennis.com, and CollegeTennisOnline.com and will allow consumers to enter to win 멐xperimental?racquets autographed by either Ferrero, Capriati or Coria. Each site will award one of their visitors an autographed racquet each month beginning November 2003 through March 2004.

Also, beginning on January 1, 2004, Prince will begin to reveal the true cosmetics of the new Tour Diablo and Tour NXGraphite on PrinceTennis.com. Users that visit the site regularly will see the black 멐xperimental?racquets slowly turn into the Tour Diablo and Tour NXGraphite. By Feb. 13th, the new racquets will be viewable in their final form with full racquet specs. The Tour Diablo and Tour NXGraphite will be available for sale in stores by mid-February.
